Terms of Use

Kreashna (“the Site,” “we,” “us”) is a free, browser-based design and whiteboard editor. It requires no account, no login, and no payment. By using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. What the Site provides

The Site lets you create designs (thumbnails, social graphics, posters, print-product layouts, and similar) and whiteboards directly in your browser, using built-in shapes, text, icons, ready-made templates, ready-made design graphics, and photo mockups. Your work is saved only in your own browser's local storage — see our Privacy Policy for details.

2. Your designs belong to you

Anything you create with the editor — the specific arrangement of shapes, text, colors, and content you produce as a finished design, whiteboard, or exported image — is yours. We claim no ownership over the designs you make. You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to any images, logos, or other material you personally upload into the editor, and for how you use your finished exports.

3. Site assets are for use inside the editor only

The Site includes assets we provide for you to use while building your own designs: ready-made templates, ready-made SVG design graphics/clipart, icon sets, photo mockups (e.g. garment/product photos), illustrated garment artwork, and the underlying source code and design of the tool itself (collectively, “Site Assets”).

Site Assets are licensed to you solely for use within the editor to build your own designs. You may not:

• copy, download in bulk, mirror, or redistribute Site Assets outside the editor;
• scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to enumerate, harvest, or extract Site Assets, our template/design catalogs, or any other content from the Site;
• resell, sublicense, or repackage Site Assets as a standalone product, template pack, clipart pack, or competing asset library;
• reproduce, decompile, or reuse the Site's source code, catalogs, or asset files outside of loading the Site itself in a browser as intended.

A finished design you export from the editor — even one that started from a template, ready-made design graphic, or mockup — is yours to use freely under Section 2 above. What isn't permitted is taking the underlying source assets themselves (the template file, the clipart SVG, the mockup photo, etc.) out of the tool and reusing or redistributing them independently of a design you actually created.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to:

• violate any applicable law or the rights of others;
• upload or create content that is illegal, infringing, or malicious;
• attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with any security, rate-limiting, or anti-scraping measures on the Site;
• probe, scan, or test the Site's infrastructure for vulnerabilities without authorization;
• interfere with other visitors' use of the Site.

5. No account, no warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” free of charge, with no guarantee of uptime, data retention, or fitness for a particular purpose. Because your designs live only in your browser's local storage, clearing your browser data, switching browsers/devices, or using private/incognito mode can permanently delete your saved work — please back up anything important (the Site includes an export/backup feature for this).

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including loss of designs or data.

7. Advertising

The Site may display advertising, including through Google AdSense, to support the cost of running a free tool. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies are used.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will update the “Last updated” date above.
